Cliff's Best Bean Dip

If you love the bean dip from the store, but are tired of paying three times too much for it, this easy and fast recipe makes a bean dip that is better than what you can get at the store.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 ounce can refried beans
  • 5 slices bottled jalapenos nacho slices
  • 1 tablespoon brine from bottled jalapeno slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. Remove 4-5 slices of jalepenos from the jar and chop them into small pieces
  2. Empty the refried beans into a bowl
  3. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the beans and mix well
  4. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving. Overnight is better.
