PORK CHOP MARINADE

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 large cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Add pork to a resealable bag or container.
  3. Pour marinade over pork, seal, and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
  4. Remove pork, discard the marinade, and allow the pork to come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Grill or cook pork as desired.
